Hey...this is the icon journal of i_heart_spoons. Welcome! I started out making Harry Potter icons, but now I've moved on to other things, including HP. So, this journal will be home to a host of all different kinds of icons. Enjoy!

Some Basic Rules
1. I've thought about it, and I think it's ridiculous to expect everyone to credit. So, if you want to credit, go right ahead, but if you don't, and I see you using my icon somewhere, I not going to be all "OMG YOU STOLE MY ICON!! THIEF!" But, I would really love it (hint, hint) if you commented with which icons you're taking, just so I know if people like my 'cons.

2. I don't make brushes! Really, I don't! So if you've come here looking for brushes, you might want to check out teh_indy or 100x100_brushes. I've gotten lots of my brushes and textures from there.

3. If you would like to request an icon, refer to THIS post.

4. I make an average of two icons a day (more once school lets out), and I'll be making an icon post once a week. So, please don't bug me about posting if it's the middle of the week! Now that it's the summer, I make, like, fifteen icons a day. So expect posts quite frequently.

5. For the love of God, DO NOT HOTLINK! I would say why, but that would take up lots of space. So, just. Don't. Do. It.

6. Feel free to nominate any of my Harry Potter icons at hp_awards, but just comment to tell me that you are doing so.

7. FRIEND ME! This is new and I don't want it to go to waste, so I could really use the promotion. Also, affliating with me would help me out and we'd both get some promotion out of it! (See below for the link to affliate).

And that's about it.

Another Note: I do mostly textless icons, but that does NOT mean they are bases. So, even though I don't care if you credit or not, don't go adding text to my 'cons and passing them off as yours. Because then, if someone requests an icon from you and all you've been doing is stealing icons so you don't really have any knowledge of your own, you're kinda screwed, eh?
